ibis_binning

This script prepares IBIS data for scientific analysis. Its main function is to split the data into energy bins and time bins. For each time and energy ranges detector shadowgram and a corresponding efficiency shadowgram are created. Output Data Structures are listed in the Table . These Data Structures keep the position of each pixel and the total counts in given energy band during integration time or efficiency correspondingly. The boundaries of the energy and time bins can be found in the corresponding index Data Structures, see Table for details, the abbreviations used in this table were introduced in Table .
