a) Eclipse season. JEM-X 1 and 2 on.
b) 2012-01-14: Due to a failure in the MCS, MOC had to swap chains and recover
the subsystems. Therefore the IBIS activation post eclipse today finished just
some minutes ago instead of 11:46Z. Pointings affected: 2 to 4 missed.
