 1. Planning summary
 ===================

 1.1 General remarks

 a) Eclipse season. JEM-X1/2, OMC in stand-by from the beginning of the revolution
onwards due to a Solar Flare. JEM-X1, OMC were reactivated in pointing 79, JEM-X2
    was reactivated in pointing 81.

 b) 2012-01-31T07:22: Power outage at ESOC. A-chain servers and equipment were
powered off at 07.22z, the power outage lasted for approximately 10 minutes. When
power was restored, MOC switched to the B-chain. ISDC switched to the B-chain
only at 08.44z. The FTS system, configured to run on the A-chain, was affected,
therefore no AOCS operations were possible, until MOC reconfigured FTS to the
B-chain. Missed pointings: 63 to 78 (no attitude).

 c) 2012-01-31T15:47: Timeline attitude regained (PID 11350078),standard AOCS
operations have been performed since then as per timeline.
16:59z: OMC out of safe mode.
17:32z: JEM-X1 out of safe mode
18:04z: JEM-X2 out of safe mode

 1.2 Pointings summary

Remarks: Only Science Windows (ScWs) of type 'pointing' are considered.
 - Exposures info from POD version 7. Pointings info from TSF version 3.
 - Durations given in the executed/planned format; data gaps and bad time
intervals not excluded from total durations.
 - Deviations: only unexpected deviations >30 secs for pointings assigned to
an exposure are reported; expected deviations (first & last pointings of an
exposure longer than planned) not reported.
