1. Planning summary
===================
1.1 General remarks
a) Very bright source GS 2013+33 still in the FOV, causing some saturation.
b) 2015-06-21T00:16: 'OTF' toggling. Pointing 155500130010 lost, only 2 min 24 s.
c) 2015-06-22T02:26: Mini Solar flare, OMC to safe mode. Back to normal at 02:34z.
2015-06-22T07:14: OMC again to safe mode due to high radiation.
d) 2015-06-22T07:33: update failed for slew ID 15550043. IPS is 1/6 and OTF is toggling. Many
yaw error oems received. Pointing 55500420010 also missed, very short (30s).
