2016-11-02 22:35:44 (AUTO): Possible GRB161102A. Very strong response also of IBIS_VETO,
suggesting direction from the satelilte bottom, i.e. within 40 degrees from RA=50, Dec=-30
(this would have been occulted for Fermi). Fluence of 5e-5 erg/cm2.
